ALOK CHOUDHARI- FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
Mr. Alok Choudhari is the founder & Managing Director of the company. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering (1991) from NIT, Raipur. He holds a rich experience of more than 25 years in diversified business activities i.e. manufacturing of woven sacks, ferro alloys, industrial mining equipments, generation of power, real estate etc. Since inception of the company in 2008, he is looking after commercial as well as technical aspects of the company. With his hardwork and great leadership, the production capacity of the plant increased from 2400 TPA to 4800 TPA.
RAJESH GUGLANI - DIRECTOR
Management Graduate with more than 2 decades of Entrepreneurial & Corporate experience with Global Conglomerates, Mr. Rajesh Guglani brings to the table unique experience of International Trade (Import & Export) & People Management. With single point agenda of keeping the ‘Customer First’, he drives the organisation to the path of prosperity with principle of “HAPPY CUSTOMERS ☺ HAPPY PEOPLE ☺ HAPPY STAKEHOLDERS ☺”. With proven track record of ‘Business Re-engineering & Process Improvement’, he is the driving force behind setting up new processes, introducing new product lines & developing International markets. An ardent follower of the principles of ‘Theory of Constraints’, he is always on lookout for ‘bottlenecks’ & enabling his team with required strategies to overcome the same.
SUYASH CHODUHARY - CEO
Mr. Suyash Choudhary, CEO of SB Plastech has been holding the reins for the past three years. His clear vision of steering the business in the right direction and receptiveness towards adopting new technology and inching forward with every positive change in the shipping and packaging industry has been a blessing for the company.
GAURAV JAIN- VICE PRESIDENT
Young and motivated, Gaurav Jain is an experienced System Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry, General Motors, for 3 years. He is skilled in C++, SolidWorks, NI Multisim, and LabVIEW. He is a strong information technology professional with a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused in Computer Engineering from Michigan Technological University. With a forward looking approach, he has incorporated modern techniques in the current system post his joining in 2017.
